Microsoft Navision – a modern business management system made in Denmark, dedicated to large and medium business analysis, management and billing. Microsoft Navision completely respects all the requirements and laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

While being installed all over the world, Navision system was complemented with the new expansion and development features: company’s activity analysis, e-commerce, customer relationship management, additional functions in reference to latest technologies.

Financial management

It is financial module, responsible for the company’s financial operations analysis and storage,  managing the budgets and comparing the estimates to the actual data with its help. It is possible to consolidate billing data of two or more companies. Unlimited dimension number is widely used for data analysis. Additionally, fixed asset is recorded in general ledger, calculated using different depreciation methods, maintenance, insurance.

Customer Relationship Management

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) –  is module, dedicated for storing and managing information about company’s relations between clients and customers. This module is useful while planning sales, marketing and handling strategy. Company’s strategy, which encompasses relations between clients and customers in different manners: sales, marketing, service, creation of new products, pricing etc.

The installed CRM into company raises client’s satisfaction (one contacting person; consistent, qualitative, orientated service; quick and effective communication channel; orientated problem solving; non-products sale; clients reliance; every client oneness) and in that way raises company’s profit.

Sales & Marketing

It is a module, dedicated for organizing and managing activities. The main functions are: pricing, reserves and services, order management, campaign pricing management. The module provides general information about parameters of sales processes (sales volume; product’s, client’s, and campaign’s profitability; orders status).

Microsoft Navision is able to fully integrate data from Microsoft Outlook. It is possible to divide and manage sales market into segments, track different managers and team work. With module’s help it’s possible to compose sales plans according to the resources and capabilities (for instance: resources, production etc.), managing modification of sales prices.

Qualitative services profitability and outbidding client’s needs analysis module is responsible for controlling and effectively using possible resources, handling services profitability index determination, analyzing client’s demand.

Supply Chain Management

The main purpose of supply chain is to manage client’s demand according to the supply. This functionality enables to manage purchases, production and distribution processes. The main components are: sales, production and distribution management. Microsoft Navision was expanded with additional functionality: analysis of company’s activity (rendering aggregated information concerning company’s management), e-commerce (orders execution using web technologies) and company’s relations between clients and customers (CRM).
