Business processes studies


Business processes study activities cover:
 Determination of Company’s business processes. Danet Baltic UAB staff members teamwise with company‘s different departments representatives while doing workshops and interviews define and identify company’s business processes, describe and present them in the shape of graphical schemes.

Optimization of business processes. During the analysis of the determined and identified company business processes, Danet Baltic UAB specialists in reference to Danet Group’s best practice recommendations indicate segments of inefficient, business disruptive or recursive processes. Based on the results of the analysis the optimization proposals of business processes are presented to the company executives.

Determination and description of business processes graphical schemes. After the confirmation by company executives confirm the optimization of business processes, the final graphical schemes and definitions are produced.

Proposals for improvement of organizational structure of the company. Based on the optimised business processes the new updated version of company’s organizational structure is defined, described and presented to the executives.
